Why companies call us
You cannot get a straight answer.
Every vendor recommends the thing they sell. Nobody will tell you which of the four options is right for a company your size, or that the third one is a waste of money.
Nothing is written down.
The person who set it up has left. What remains is a shared password file, a stack of standing invoices, and a great deal of assumption.
The spend grows, the risk stays.
The budget rises every year. The same three problems return every quarter. No single person is accountable for the outcome.

Thirty minutes. You describe the situation. We tell you what we would look at first, and whether you need us.
Assessment
A short, fixed piece of work that produces a written picture of what you have, what it costs, and what is exposed.
The work
Highest consequence first, one change at a time, documented as it lands. You always know what is in progress.
Review
A standing session on progress, risk, and spend. Priorities change; the record of decisions keeps up.
Engagement models
Three ways to work with us.
Advisory retainer
Ongoing access to senior guidance with a fixed monthly scope. For companies that have people to do the work but nobody to decide what the work should be.
How it worksProject engagement
One defined outcome, fixed scope, fixed timeline. A migration, an assessment, a compliance readiness program, a system selection.
How it worksManaged support
Continuous operations, monitoring, and helpdesk for teams without internal IT, run to coverage hours agreed in writing.
How it worksWhy IT Glory
You talk to the senior person, on every call, for the length of the engagement.
We are vendor-neutral and take no commission, so the recommendation costs us nothing to make honestly.
We scope honestly, including the calls that end with you not hiring anyone.
Everything is written down, so what we build survives us leaving.
Insights

None of them look urgent. All of them are load-bearing by the time anyone notices.
ComplianceWhat SOC 2 readiness actually costs you in time
The line item is the auditor. The real cost is your own team's calendar.

How to test recovery in an afternoon, and what to write down afterward.
Questions
If yours is not here, ask it on the call.
After a scoping call, not before. Scope varies too much between companies of the same size for a rate card to be honest. Work runs as an advisory retainer, a fixed-scope project, or managed support, and there are no long lock-in contracts.
Roughly 10 to 250 employees. Sectors we know well include professional services, healthcare-adjacent businesses, finance and accounting, legal, logistics, light manufacturing, e-commerce, and non-profits.
No. We take no resale margin, referral fee, or commission from any vendor. If the right answer is a feature of something you already pay for, we will tell you that instead of selling you a replacement.
The United States and Canada, and English-speaking Europe: the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, the Nordics, Germany, and Switzerland. Coverage runs 09:00–19:00 Central European Time (03:00–13:00 US Eastern) on business days, and anything that arrives outside those hours is answered the next business day. Out-of-hours incident handling is defined in the agreement.
Thirty minutes. You describe the situation, we ask a short list of questions, and you leave with our view of what to address first. If the answer is that you do not need a consultant, we will say so on that call.
