This site is operated by IT Glory Consulting LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Notices to us should go to hello@itgloryconsult.online.

The site is information only

Everything published here describes services in general terms. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, a commitment of availability, or professional advice for your particular circumstances. No client relationship is created by reading a page, submitting the contact form, or booking an introductory call.

Engagements are governed by a separate agreement

Consulting work begins only under a written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. That document sets the scope, the fees, the timeline, the confidentiality terms, and the liability position for the work. Where it conflicts with anything on this site, the signed agreement prevails.

Pricing is never published here. It is quoted after a scoping conversation because scope varies. There are no long lock-in contracts; notice periods are stated in each agreement.

Accuracy

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or that it will be available without interruption. Descriptions of frameworks, timelines, and typical durations are illustrative and not a guarantee of outcome.

No certification or partnership claims

We name compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, NIS2, and ISO 27001 to describe the work we do to prepare clients for them. We do not represent that IT Glory Consulting holds any certification, attestation, accreditation, or vendor partnership unless a signed document states otherwise. Certification is issued by an independent auditor or certification body, never by us.

Your use of the site

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure, to probe or scan it, to interfere with its availability, to scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or to use it to send unlawful or misleading material.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and marks on this site belong to IT Glory Consulting. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish substantial portions or present the material as your own.

Third-party names are used only for identification and remain the property of their owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for consulting work is addressed in the engagement agreement.

Where we link to another site, we do so because it was useful at the time. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where IT Glory Consulting LLC is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about the site. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
