Accessibility statement
Our commitment to keeping this site usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion, and how to tell us where it falls short.
Our target
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA. We treat that as the minimum, not the finish line.
What we have done
Accessibility was part of the build rather than a later pass.
- Semantic HTML with one first-level heading per page and headings in logical order.
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page.
- Visible focus rings on every interactive element, never suppressed.
- Navigation, the mobile menu, and every accordion operable by keyboard alone.
- Form fields with persistent visible labels, errors described in text rather than by color alone, and errors announced to assistive technology.
- Text and interface contrast checked against the AA thresholds, with body copy set in a deep tone rather than the accent color.
- Motion limited to short fades and small movements, all of which stop when the operating system requests reduced motion.
- Text that reflows without loss of content when zoomed to 200 percent, and a layout that works down to 320 pixels wide.
Known limitations
The contact and booking forms need JavaScript to submit, because validation and error messages run in the browser. Anyone who cannot or would rather not use them can reach us by telephone or email, and that alternative is stated on both pages.
Where a document is offered for download, the accessible version is the page it came from. If you need a document in another format, ask and we will produce one.
Tell us where it fails
If any part of this site blocks you, tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way. Email hello@itgloryconsult.online or call +1 (917) 540-1649. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within one business day and to give you a plain answer about what we will fix and when.
If you need information from a page you cannot use, we will supply it another way at no cost: by email, by telephone, or in a plain-text document.
How we test
We test with keyboard navigation, with a screen reader on both desktop and mobile, at 200 percent zoom, with reduced motion enabled, and against automated checks. Automated tools catch a minority of issues, so manual testing is where most of ours are found.
