The short version

The site works without any optional cookies. Nothing that is not strictly necessary is set until you accept it in the banner, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing site data in your browser and reloading the page.

Strictly necessary

These cannot be switched off because the site cannot function without them. They store no advertising identifier and are not shared with anyone.

• A record of your cookie choice, so the banner does not reappear on every page.
• Session and security tokens used when a form is submitted, to prevent forged submissions.
• Load balancing and error-handling values set by the host for the duration of your visit.

Analytics, only with consent

If you accept, we set a small number of measurement cookies to understand which pages are read and which are not. We use aggregate reporting only. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine this data with enquiry records.

If you decline, none are set and nothing about your visit changes.

What we do not use

No advertising or retargeting cookies. No social media tracking pixels. No cross-site profiling. No session recording or heatmap tools. No fingerprinting used to work around a refusal.

Third-party embeds

There are none. No page on this site embeds a third-party widget, calendar, video player, map, or font. The booking page is an ordinary form on our own domain, so it sets nothing beyond the strictly necessary items above.
