Privacy policy
What we collect when you contact us or use this site, why we hold it, and how to get it removed. Written to satisfy the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and the CCPA.
Who we are
IT Glory Consulting LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. For the purposes of the GDPR and the UK GDPR we act as the controller of the personal data described on this page.
We do not publish a street address. Write to hello@itgloryconsult.online or call +1 (917) 540-1649; both reach us directly. We have not appointed a data protection officer, and privacy requests are handled at that email address. If you need a postal address in order to exercise a right, ask and we will provide one.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us and what the site needs to function.
- Details you submit through the contact or booking form: name, work email, company, country, company size range, service of interest, message, and an optional phone number.
- Correspondence with us by email or telephone, kept as a record of the enquiry.
- Technical data your browser sends: IP address, user agent, and pages requested, held in server logs.
- Cookie and analytics data, only where you have consented. See the cookie policy.
Why we hold it
Enquiry details are used to respond to you, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of what was discussed. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and, where a contract follows, performance of that contract.
Analytics data is processed only on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting anything else we do.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not use it to build profiles or to make automated decisions about you. We do not send marketing email to addresses collected through the contact form unless you ask us to.
Who else processes it
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf under written terms: our email and productivity provider, which also carries the messages sent through the contact and booking forms, the site host, and, where consented, an analytics provider. There is no third-party scheduling service: booking requests arrive as email, like any other enquiry. Each provider is instructed to process data only as we direct.
Where data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses or an equivalent approved mechanism.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Records connected to a signed engagement are kept for the length of the engagement and for the period afterward that our tax and professional obligations require. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy in portable form, and to withdraw consent. California residents may also request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and may direct us not to sell it, which we do not do in any case.
To exercise any of these, write to hello@itgloryconsult.online. We will respond within one month. We will not treat you differently for asking. If you are in the EEA or the UK and are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to your national supervisory authority.
Security
Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication, and reviewed periodically. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive material such as credentials or patient data through the contact form.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page and, where the change affects an active engagement, tell the client directly.
